Christian Bosio is a global clean energy entrepreneur, engineer, and parent, and is focused on building practical solutions for British Columbia.
Driven by a commitment to the environment and with a degree in mechanical engineering, Christian launched his career in the clean hydrogen sector. After a decade in this industry, he co-founded a company in 2008, scaling it into an enterprise employing over 300 people and creating long-term economic value in the province. As an executive leader, he collaborated with global partners across diverse cultures, building a leadership style rooted in listening, trust, and collaboration. He will bring that same approach to his community in Vancouver-Hastings, one of the most diverse and vibrant communities in BC.
Christian is running with Centre BC to bring a socially liberal, fiscally responsible voice to BC politics, with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. As a parent of two teenagers, he thinks about the province younger generations will inherit. He believes government needs to find the right balance: supporting the programs and services people rely on, growing the economy and creating good jobs, protecting the environment, and ensuring people can afford to build a life in the communities they call home.
Active in the local soccer community as a player and volunteer youth coach for almost a decade, Christian is fluent in Italian and French, and has been a Commercial Drive local for over 12 years.
Christian has spent his career finding common ground, bringing people together, and building practical solutions. He’s ready to bring that experience to BC politics.
