Dan Grice

CentreBC Candidate for Chilliwack North

Dan Grice

Dan Grice is a leading real estate and estate planning lawyer in the Fraser Valley and a passionate advocate for his clients. With 12 years of legal experience, he has assisted thousands of clients in purchasing homes, establishing businesses and organizing their affairs. He is a member of the Fraser Valley technical tax group and other associations and has received scholastic awards in tax law.

Having grown up in the Fraser Valley, Dan has resided in North Chilliwack since graduating from Robson Hall Law School in 2013 and is deeply invested in the community. As a parent of two children in Chilliwack schools, he is acutely aware of the challenges students and educators face in an ever-evolving world.

After having previously run as an independent candidate, Dan joined the CentreBC team for the opportunity to work alongside Andrew Weaver and Elenore Sturko, a team that prioritizes intelligent policies and people. He aims to provide a voice for those in Chilliwack and the millions of British Columbians who desire government to focus on the economy and are increasingly frustrated by left-wing and right-wing populists.

Dan’s passion for public service and government extends far back. Having studied classical history and archaeology at the University of British Columbia, he served in the student alma mater society and enjoyed studying the development of democratic systems throughout history. Over the last two decades, Dan has served as an organizer on the 2005 and 2009 referendums on electoral reform, as well as a proponent in the 2018 referendum. As a law student, he co-authored a paper for Elections Canada on voting modernization.

A strong advocate for professional independence, Dan is ready to take his legal skills to Victoria and to help push back against government overreach while protecting the most vulnerable.
